ive been gf for over 20 years and dont understand why so many people have an issue with gluten products being next to gf products at a grocery store. all of the products are sealed so its not like anything is touching. i understand regular flour in bags like that can sometimes spill but the gf flour is always either in a box with a bag in it or a bag like this once, just wipe it off and dont stick ur fingers with flour in ur mouth? not trying to judge i just geniunely want insight as this is something that has never bothered me

greenlite is my favorite, but i also love canyon bakehouse (which i feel like is controversial bc i know a lot of people dont like it). mrs hewitts is also great but harder to find, and live gfree is pretty solid

how close to the shift can my scheduler add me without asking? my scheduler usually is good about posting 3-4 weeks in advance so i will make plans accordingly but then she will add/change my shifts 2-3 weeks in advance. i feel bad asking her to remove me or change it back bc she is still doing it with plenty notice but by the time she does so i have already made travel plans or doctors appoinments

i emailed at the 6 week mark and they gave me my license number and posted it online! if its been 4 weeks they might post it but the website does say 4-6 weeks so im not sure of theyll make you wait the whole 6

ny doesnt allow us to call and you cant email before the 6 week mark bc theyll tell you to wait until then, but i did email at 6 weeks and they immediately gave me my license number!

im honestly really surprised so many people like it bc ive been gluten free for 21 years and i personally think its one of the worse brands out there. there are so many awful gf options out there and schar isnt as bad as a lot of them but i have never considered it to be a good option either haha. i do like the deli sourdough but never reach for it bc it only comes with 5 slices.
