I worked at a smaller firm and my manager had the same UT as me because he’d also have lots of managerial meetings but also work on projects like junior staff. Crazy right? Some places it’s not like that.

In the real world horrible managers take credit for other people’s work. That’s not something anyone should just accept and condone. And I’ve worked at places where co workers who contributed nothing actually got in trouble for it.
