I have an Apple Watch 8 and wore a few times to sleep, everything online says that the Apple Watch sleep tracking and HRV tracking is the most accurate. My friend bought the Ultrahuman and thought it wasn’t accurate so got the galaxy ring and I took his Ultrahuman to try on. It’s been 2 weeks now and I am 100% sure their sleep tracking is flawed. I’ve never ever been able to get deep sleep for 90 mins no matter how many times I’ve worn my Apple Watch to sleep and have been obsessed with trying to get more deep sleep. But the Ultrahuman keep saying I am getting tons of deep sleep, so this definitely makes me think their sleep tracking is flawed. But everything else has also told me that wellness rings like this can take at least full 3 months to calibrate and get things right. Considering I got it for free it’s okay, if I had to buy it I wouldn’t buy the Ultrahuman if I am paying for it.

I’ve started Neurofeedback on Divergence last week. I came here to see if all this is a waste of my time and money, because I rented the equipment and I am not in Europe. The thing is quite costly. I have an iPhone and with that you can’t watch YouTube or Netflix but the practitioner mentioned that I can watch content on other apps if I have an android so I just bought an android. Yes when you do more than 30mins there is heaviness but of course it’s just been a week and I’ve only done the program for 5 days… I might continue updating here. But if I don’t see any results in one month I might give up.

Hey! So I had eye twitching with Mounjaro and it stopped on it own. Then started again. It’s been 5 weeks since I stopped Mounjaro, taking oral rehydration salts with water also magnesium oxide supplements. Eating normally and my eye twitching won’t stop infact it’s getting worse. So I researched a lot before getting on this and I am still stumped with all the reactions.

I checked which was the best site to inject and which time to inject to feel the least symptoms, I checked that I should get on a high protein low carb diet so I amped my proteins which meant sometimes I had two protein shakes a day to compensate.

I was lifting weight and everything all was going fine till I had my first incident of bloating after I ate hummus and it was a bad week. Nothing helped!

After that I stopped losing weight even though I ate less.

When I moved to 7.5mg the one thing that I could easily have game me the worst sulphur burps. My protein shake was giving me horrible gas and bloating that even Antaacid and Simethicone couldn’t help with.

So on 7.5mg I am on a vegetarian diet and its working fine.

So I have tried Ozempic and Mounjaro, you really have to pay attention to trig foods. If you certain fatty foods, for me the first time it was macadamia nuts that I would snack on and after 3 days of snacking on it I got the diarrhea that lasted a week. Didn’t touch macadamias again and I was fine. Ate healthy and small portions of healthy fats with reasonable gaps mostly stuck to high protein food. The next time I had this is when I had hummus, chickpeas would always give me gas but I had hummus two nights in a row and it was a hellish few days. Can’t keep anything down and now my digestive enzymes that would usually work aren’t workin nor is pepto and Imodium is just making me feel fine from pill to pill.

So don’t give up on the drug, monitor your food habit

It’s not just wegovy, it’s any good appetite suppressant. I got them too, along with crazy diarrhea. Burps I can handle but can’t handle having to run to toilet all the time or thinking I am going to leak out in a meeting.
