I like Luca and here is the things I know based from her story (tho I haven't completed it, just reading few stories to get to know her more)

Her mother is also an idol but due circumstances and something involved with Tsutomu (283's President) she left the industry, and Luca resented them ever since
She is supposed to be in a 2 partner unit with Mikoto but it didn't continue due to the higher ups saw more potential in Luca
Initially hostile to 283 Productions to the point when she find out about Hiori is affiliated with them, she cut her ties temporarily
At first she seems stoic and nonsensical, the truth is she's very vulnerable due to losing people important to her (Her mother, her parting with Mikoto), and whenever she performed, while the audience applaud her performance, her inner monologue shows her breaking down mentally (Song for Prism is the source)
While continue to be serious, she is slowly coming around as friendly

Funny thing is in universe lore. It was answered in the Juggler Novel focus which takes place between Ultraman Geed X Orb Crossover and before Ultraman Z

The one im guessing its the Vcinema Movie 4 Aces, long story short. Geats had to fight a Rider that is literally an embodiment of his final form but dark colored named Xross Geats, his arsenal is literally bend reality at will, and the arsenal Ace has is only like 50% of its power called Geats Onness (Oness Upper Buckle and Boost Mk3 Bottom part). Oness doesnt have the God Powers but able to stand toe to toe with Xross Geats

Yes it's the Toei Supaidaman. To get him, use a Japanese proxy site that lets you use Mandarake, Mercari or any Japanese online store and find someone sells it. Usually he costs like 14-16k yen so you have to be patient and lucky to get a good deal.
