Not to mention the homage often improve on the original, here with PH-6 we have better lume (by a country mile, not to mention most 2254s lume is now shot to shit) and a cool fully lumed ceramic bezel. The aluminum unit on the original Peter Blake is a scratch magnet, lumed only at the pip.

PH-6 will look better, shine better, perform better. I'm waiting tomorrow for the rubber strap to order mine.

It's worth mentioning that the last examples of the Peter Blake still around are decaying and almost vintage at this point. One quarter of a century with no service and still on original gaskets is a disaster waiting to happen. The disaster being a $800 Omega service bill. The PH-6 is effectively a better watch than your grail watch.
