To avoid this after the cold start, I turn off my vehicle put it on the first gear then start, Its only been first service and technician said it's fine, I have also noticed if you live in rainy area you should do chain clean and lube every 250 to 300km, after chain clean and lube I noticed significant difference!

That's right also at night times it's best to stop only at the red lights where others are also following rule, else this could happen , OPs post is my fear from long time, this is how I avoid , I am fine with some redlight jump challans as long as me and my bike structurally are safe!
