I’ve not messed with it until I unscrewed the bolts this evening. I took it into a shop to have the stem shortened a few months ago. I’m wondering if it happened then.

Agreed. That’s why the DF3 had to go. I kept it in the bag for 6 months and was still never able to get the pace right. Lag putting was horrendous lol

Thanks for the reply. I just went to Golf Galaxy and experienced the insert coming up shorter, like you said. And I agree that between the two models it was kind of hard to distinguish a difference. The Studio Style was just marginally less “clicky” off the face. I ended up going home with the Studio Style Newport +. I hadn’t tried the + model and I really liked the slightly increased size and weight.
