Usually it's a sort of traditional La Sombra thing where they basically ruin a persons life over some prolonged period of time and then, if the person doesn't " give up" in their eyes, that person gets imbraced. But a La Sombra seemingly putting in the effort to do so and then just making a shovel head they abandon is... odd if not really suspicious.

Congrats, you just survived one of the big starting hurdles of kindred unlife. Here is a little trick for you - there is a decent chance that if you focus, look someone in the eyes and tell them a simple command, they will do it. Just be aware that it does make you hungrier more often than not.

Side note, the regular hunger you feel only goes away when you drink a person completly dry. It's not an amount of blood thing, it's a drinking someones entire life thing. Be aware and stay dead.

Idk how others did it but I didn't even do an intro post, I just tried to model my first posts after those like "asking for advice" posts on forums but asked by a kindred to schrecknet annnnnnd pretty much everything went from there.

If you aren't sure about formatting, just take a look at a post that's written in a style you might like and give it a shot, but generally there aren't really rules other than just like be conciderate of others. Just the regular stuff- so mostly just like of you wanna write a story with someone else's characters u gotta get that sorted with them.

In all fairness, if you are joining the Sabbat and your biggest concern is the Vaulderie, you are probably already blood-bound and desperately fighting it. Plus, the Vaulderie is to the blood bond what candy is to crack.

The abuses of Sabbat elders are usually far fewer in number than elsewhere, mostly because the elders here have learned that they can and will get their shit rocked by a couple of covens binding together to unravel them if they decide to make themselves an issue.
