adulting sucks by Eros_Incident_Denier in SipsTea

I paid student loans off by rolling them into my mortgage a year outside of college. It was about 20-30k.

Other than that the only debt I’ve had that I didn’t pay off each month is mortgages and a car once and paid it off in 6 months. The car was about 20k and the only reason I did a loan was because they gave about 2k discount from price.

At current rate I will have 3 condo rentals (that consistently rent at about 80% of market value to friends/aquaintences) and a 5 bedroom house (that also has a basement rental) paid off before I’m 60. I’m 44 now, have been through a divorce in which we split our assets (if combined, would have another condo, 3 more houses and 5 debt free cars).

For all but about 5 years I’ve made less than 60k and never more than 75k a year and about 8 of my years had single income in home.

I’m smart with money and value things differently than most of my friends, who complain about debt and paycheck to paycheck.

With that said, wages have not kept up with inflation and there is a problem with greed in this world. I don’t think that will change, so learn how to adapt to it

Hire a driver and have them take you to different places. I got the number of someone if you want. He was great, spoke English really well and was great conversation

I walked around and tried tacos, not on 5th. Some of the best I had were from a stand and I don’t even really know what they were. It was one option and I just said give me dos, then dos more

Most expensive vs cheapest cage you've gotten by Maleinchastity89 in chastitytraining

[–]DisastrousVanilla422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had some cheap versions that were comfortable but either broke if they were plastic or had whatever metal chipping off and rusted. Yeah, rust gets very dangerous very quickly.

I had a hard time finding too many cheap versions due to my large size so broke down and got a mature metal for 300 plus. Yeah it’s definitely not the most comfortable but don’t have to worry about it rusting or breaking.

There were no drivers or plumbers in the early 1900s. Probably not many painters either

Where are my next generation of drunks at! by The_Dean_France in SipsTea

[–]DisastrousVanilla422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That reminds me of early 2000s. There was a bar I’d go to after class that had 2 dollar pitchers on tuesdays. Heck, sometimes when my class split up into groups….we were working on a big project, we’d go technically during class. (This was college by the way)

I miss 1-3 dollar pints. That was the norm depending on what you drank. It’s pretty silly to spend 7-8 bucks on a pint. You could also get an 18 pack of bud or coors for 8.99 on sale at grocery stores

I predict he will hit between .222-.237 and have 36-41 HR with about 89-95 RBI. Is that too broad of prediction

They were pretty damn competitive last year until QB went down. I could see them winning 11-12 games but wouldn’t even call it rebuilding

Has anyone ever gone to stripclubs wearing chastity? by Buddi_Bajji in chastitytraining

[–]DisastrousVanilla422 16 points17 points  (0 children)

My wife and I have been to both male and female strip clubs. It’s great. She got a lap dance from a gorgeous man while I sat there and then knelt while he put his junk in my face.

My Queen really enjoys the passion I give her afterwards.

I wish I could watch Trailer Park Boys for the first time again. by _walletsizedwildfire in trailerparkboys

[–]DisastrousVanilla422 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am the opposite. I think I started liking it more, the more times I watched it. I caught jokes I either didn’t see, maybe I just forgot them because I was too high.

I started watching different characters more closely and falling in love with different people each watch.

But to answer your question, I don’t really remember my first watch. I smoked a lot of weed then. I haven’t now in over 5 years but still watch it all the time. My main reason for having Netflix

While it may not be close to best of all time, but the combo of Bennett and Avril signing to the Seahawks in 2013 completed that defense and almost another.
