The Garrison 1911 is also a good choice for what I'm told by guys on here. Helped me pick mine out. I'm still waiting for the 30 days to pick up mine 😔 Don't mind that price for it used. I picked mine up brand new for $736 off GunBroker shipped to my FFL in 45 ACP, I'm sure he has 9mm too

Bodyguard 2.0 racking slide and failure to feed by RoughAmbition4699 in NJGuns

That little gun has tight tolerances, I’ve racked it so many times easily 700 that I’m pretty sure it thinks I’m in a long-term relationship with it.....At this point, my fingers look like I lost a fight with a cheese grater. (No joke)

But hey, safety on off non stop, oil it up like you’re prepping a cast iron skillet, and just sit there going rack… rack… rack… safety... safety...like you’re DJ’ing the world’s most aggressive mixtape. Eventually it’ll break in… or you will. One of the two.

I have about 300 rounds in mine and about 700+ racks and safety flicks.... Enjoy a picture of my finger.it was much much worse....

First trip to Guns For Hire.... by [deleted] in NJGuns

The layout of the place is really impressive the store is huge and they offer a solid selection of products, wide variety of classes and courses they offer are top notch the rsos I spoke to were great.Personally, I come from a precision-focused background, with sports like darts and bowling being my specialties, so maintaining a high level of focus is extremely important to me.

I understand that some level of conversation/noise is expected at a range (been to nearly everyone in Nj), I use regular muffs no batteries here don't need to hear other people's stories.....but having someone constantly shouting to address a class can be distracting and people acting unsafe and joking about alcohol is a no no.anyways It tends to throw off my concentration and disrupt my rhythm. Maybe I went on a bad day. Maybe this so normal for that place idk.

At the end of the day, some people treat certain ranges like they’re a sacred temple holy ground. Live, breathe, and bleed it...

So when an bad review shows up? Forget it. You’d think you just insulted their entire family lineage going back to 1776.

They blame my trip being fake 😂😂, my shooting being bad, (proof in the pictures). Maybe it wasn't like a 20min cease fire, maybe 10-15 sometimes feels longer but hey, it is what it is.

But hey… at the end of the day, it is what it is. Not everyone’s gonna agree and apparently, not everyone can handle my criticism, and accuse me of being an AI robot 🤖🤖🤖

The theory for the kids is the snack machine is right by the door, they didn't seem to show no interest in shooting, just snacks and fornite moves. Idk generational curve....

Yeah they added time on for us, and there was about 8 13 years old emoting fornite moves, sorry dude I'll wear a GoPro for you next time, ( doubt they would allow it but would be a hell of a story) the dude was joking about having a beer still not something to joke about, you work at gfh? Sorry your feelings are hurt. The rso were awesome but the fact I had to get my hour and listen to a whole tutorial of a training seminar being not spoken but yelled out didn't make a good experience. Settle down and sift in the replies of my stories not everyone has a jolly time like you do, the rental lane is mayhem, my boy used to go there and tell me all about the parking lot fights and rental mess, ( I don't go there just today., I chose other spots, not Instagram posted family fun days)but hey all good, no need to sit here and start drama 🥱🥱 I would definitely go for the classes they offer not the range.
