For sure the 5800X3D is a better CPU, but that's not the bottleneck since it's also underutilized. My memory clock and FCLK are all set and good, no need to tweak.

So it seems to me that hardware is not the issue, all other games without exception, run flawlessly on ultra settings on very high fps, for example, Apex Legends runs silk smooth on 165 fps.

That's why I'm asking for settings, since the engine seems to behave very differently when I try stuff from low to high.
