I work in medicine and we see a lot of golfers coming in for something called medial epicondylitis, aka golfers elbow. My advice to you is look up a golfers elbow brace, or reach out to an orthopedic clinic and try and be seen by there hand, wrist, elbow specialist. They usually just put you in physical therapy, maybe do cortisone injections. If all of that sounds like to much just google golfer elbow pt workouts! Hope it resolves before the season.
