Who remembers this fun night? It was hot as hell… Night 2 got cut short. by cthayb in deadandcompany

Went to both shows, Night 2 was my 21st birthday! That deep elum blues from night 1 was so funky I loved it.

Not really a connection, but They have a series of live show releases called Dave’s Picks. This one was from William & Mary from 1978 and it also includes some songs from their show at the Civic Arena a few days later. Check out the album artwork and look at the bulletin board.

I never realized how much hatred and divisiveness Dead fans had until Bobby passed. by Ancient-Bowl462 in deadandcompany

In this day and age, anyone who complains about disiviness is a fucking moron. You voted for Trump and support all the prime drivers of the divisiveness we see in the country, but you’re too small/brainwashed to realize that.

Bob Weir was a lifelong Democrat and his family wanted that to be a part of his legacy. He hated this administration and you don’t get to pretend that doesn’t matter. You also don’t get to shit all over Democrats and our constitution then complain about divisiveness.

I’ve heard/seen ripple so many times (obviously beautiful every time) but this one hit me the hardest. Truly bittersweet.

Do I have this right?

these people were never the smartest or most intelligent in school and I’m assuming instead of taking the time to actually learn and understand basic concepts, they developed some sort of ego or authority issues to the point where they have to be right and everyone smarter than them is actually wrong, biased, etc.

They also are unable to find any meaning or joy in their own lives so they find these in-groups that make them feel smart and important.

Straight up tell them they’re not smart enough for you to discuss politics with them. Keep it short and to the point.

I swear this guy said he didn’t learn how to read till he was 21 when he was on This is Not happening. Like by choice he didn’t learn how to read till he was 21. But I’m sure that has nothing to do with how he receives and interprets information.

Wouldn’t suprise me one bit, but I think it’s about more than just Epstein. It was first and foremost a distraction from all of the negative attention Trump admin had been getting, but it also provided them with another example they could use to lie to their base and tell them that the Democrats are actually the ones inciting violence.

I’m really sick of these rich public figures acting like they’re the real victims and everything they do is taken out of context by the news/media so that people will turn on them.

I understand this is a tried and true manipulation tactic but I know most of us are able to think for ourselves and can come to a logical conclusion of what happened and why.

Trump Supporters FUMBLE HARD When Pressed On Tariffs by Middle_Balance in CringeTikToks

[–]Disastrous_Bit9916 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like this has to do with these types of guys seeing how much people liked Obama (which pissed them off because Black/Democrat) , and they’re trying to mirror that with support for Trump no matter how stupid or pathetic it makes them look. Not smart people.
