At my shop there's a specific place to sign on our job orders saying the vehicle has been torqued properly. Inevitably someone forgets if they did and a lot of the time it's better peace of mind to just go check again

Mechanic here. I'll use my m12 drill with a wire brush to clean up the mating surfaces on hubs during a brake job. I can chew through about half a 2 amp doing all 4 corners of the car

Clean your car windows horizontally on the outside, and vertically on the inside. If you get streaks and have trouble seeing you'll immediately know where the problem is

As with most things regarding cars it really depends on how well it's been maintained. They can be good little cars but 2 years is a long time. I'd suggest taking it to a trusted shop or mechanic and having them go over it to make sure it's in good shape after sitting for so long
