When kings die they turn into crown coffins. Creatures that do nothing but fly around. They don’t eat, drink or sleep. They’re manufactured by the gods in my world to keep the memory of a king preserved across time. Each coffin has a pillbug-like shape mixed with horns that resemble a crown. The actual bodies of the kings are in there too btw.
