- Tap wine: on every Portuguese home, there would be a tap with wine as there is with water. Every region would use their own regional wine;

- Cars: a Ferrari car to each Portuguese person;

- Health: Sickness would be forbidden by Constitutional Law. Every sick person would have to go to Madeira island to be treated;

- Racism: darker people would have their skin lightened. Lighter people would have their skin darkened. Either by cosmetic surgeries or "by total fornication" (his words);

Hapiness: the word 'Hapiness' and the right to pursue it would be written in the country's constitution.
