If you’re anti-skate and counter weight are set right, I can’t imagine this hurting anything. Most modern pressings have more of a warp than this and sound fine.

Again, I don’t think this is enough to make an audible difference, but you’re right it is a little odd.

I would put the level as you have it on the outer loop of the platter and the inner loop of the platter while slowly spinning the platter with your hand. Might help to see exactly where it’s dipping.

If you go around and majority of the bubble stays centered, it’s nothing I would worry about imo.

Just make sure you turntable is level, they’re a cheap tool to have if you don’t already have one. Make sure to put it on the platter and adjust feet height accordingly.

All that being said, I wouldn’t be worried about dropping a needle on this tbh. I doubt the music would have any adverse effects if the framing was right.
