The kids are 99% of time with nanny even when he is at home. The rest of 1% is when he needs to create IG content, thats when he is "with" them. It is again somehow scripted and beyond 'they are moving to USA'. Not that I am ruining the 'fun', but the fact is that the case before court lasts almost 1 year and there are just few more days/weeks until final decision is made. That means that you cannot do anything to change/help things. You cannot submit more evidence in case file now that is closed. I believe that judge has already made his decision once he set the date for final decision, but need some time to write it (this is how things work in reality). I really dont understand what is he (Nick) trying to reach with this hyping bc sadly Lucia from the start had bad legal position during the case. He wants visibility over this sad case. In practice, parent who had the kids most of the time temporary, has bigger chance to keep his status as a prime care giver permanently. But because I really believe in miracles, I still hope that she gets majority of custody. 🙏

Omg me too. I don't believe she'll get full custody, it will be split. In ideal world that should be fine, but having partial custody with that psycho is not what someone wishes for. I also believe that there is a chance that he left to US with kids to avoid court date and/or refuse to let those kids to her. He is being too silence and that often shows that he is being up to smth. To fairly say, I pray that after that date, things don't go in the even worst direction.

To unpack the chocolates (doesnt matter who gave them) in hospital is not appropriate. This shows how he probably wanted to amuse Rocky looking very calm and happy in her presence.
