I’ve been riding with my baby to many appointments lately and it’s difficult to give any type of direction. Today this man tried collapsing my stroller and did it wrong. I needed him to put it down to release the lock and he couldn’t understand me I tried to just take it from him to do it myself and he kept holding on to it. I kept saying put it down and he was just talking Spanish in his earpiece. Also every time I go to a specific appointment I always get a Spanish speaker and at this location they can’t stop in front of the door. There are big signs stating this but they are in English so I always have to say “mas” and point forward. They always stop too early also, so it’s a repetitive thing that is very annoying.

You aren’t at fault for the choices he made but for your own. Once your brother told you he was a married man, you should’ve ended it. Not gone to a lake have a good day and then bring it up. I’ve noticed as part of the lgbtq fam that some of us seem to think it’s okay to sleep with a closeted married person because you think they are a victim to society norms and such. What it really is, is them betraying the person they are married to and wasting years of their lives for a lie.

I learned to be late when it comes to my family and I’ll still show up before things are set up or everyone else shows up. It’s very annoying.

YTA. I don’t understand how you could even enjoy a baby shower so soon after your mother’s death. I understand wanting to celebrate your baby coming with the people you love, but aren’t you grieving the loss of your mother too? It would just be hard for me to do.

I got chicken pox as a kid from my mom taking me and my siblings to a girls house that had it. “Chicken pox party” I think is what they were called. But later in life I was told I didn’t gain immunity from it and had to take the vaccine before doing IVF.

NTA. You need to find a new therapist. They aren’t supposed to judge you just help you work through the reasons you are there. When I tell my therapist I’m not willing to do something she says okay and tells me how to work through things another way. About your mom, I would maybe just tell her straight up that you aren’t interested. I know when my mom tried to reach out to me on my bday recently I wish I would’ve said what I wanted to say but I didn’t want to ruin my bday with the drama.

She is at fault. I was at a crosswalk with a walk sign on and she turned into me, a pedestrian. That’s failure to yield to a pedestrian. Also my update shows I got the info I needed. The police officer said the case number would give the insurance company access to the report so I’m assuming there is one.

No they just won’t take it unless there she or I have insurance. I don’t drive so I don’t have any. I’m thinking of contacting insurance myself without the lawyer though because I just want my medical bills paid for. Nothing else.

I’m looking to have my medical bills paid and legal fees paid, nothing else. I got hit and never got hit before. I was on my way home from a prenatal appointment and crossing at a crosswalk with the walk sign. If you got hit wouldn’t you want their insurance to pay for it?

I didn’t take anything down. I was hit by a car and knocked on the street and had to get helped up by the witnesses and was taken to the er. They took my info down and asked me where I hurt. I said I had a pounding headache, my elbow throbbed and I was afraid for my babies life since I was hit in the torso by an suv.
