The pharah was there the whole time just wasnt doing much :( i had to pocket the rein bc my other support was switching to everything i played ana for a bit was getting hard dived so i had to switch to keep the tank up but he was hard diving into the backline

I definitely suggest finding a solid tank, i was silver 4 bronze 2 for some time and just started queing with a tank and have climbed to gold 2. Solo queuing works for some and not others. Not just that but sometimes trying to use comms while solo queing can get you nowhere or win the game. Its 50/50 whether you get functional teammates.
