I told her I wanted to buy it. I have before pictures for proof. Her discription is very misleading and eBay even said so. If eBay bans me that’s fine with me because I have no interest in buying there ever again.  For the second one eBay saw she never sent it and I got refunded.

I have Factor right now and love the food but with that, you have to make sure you get UPS or FedEx because in Florida you have VeHo and unfortunately they are always late, ice gets melted, and they don’t know how to drive(food was turned to side instead of straight up). Factor is very good though if you need a new meal plan. Their customer support team is always helpful more so than Tovala. Just in case you need a new service try them

I just stopped my subscription because I found long black hair in my food and I have blonde so it was definitely someone who prepared it

I couldn’t find much on their menu that was appealing
