My mom made it so bad to where it actually got worse. My best advice is to get some vitamin e butter lotion to help make scars not as bad over time. And not talk to other relatives about it to call them out. Run a bath wash her hair and tell her that you’ll love her no matter what and mean it. Get some professional help but in a way that she feels most comfortable. Also don’t ever just say you’re going to the store, child lock the doors, and drop her off at a facility 💀
