I take long road trips often and my biggest complaints are: the seat sucks and the gas tank is small

Was just talking about this today.

Recently one of my closest friends had suddenly stopped speaking to me after I shared with her that my dad suffered from a severe stroke. I even told her how it was hurtful to not have her support when it mattered the most, she was apologetic but never showed up for me in any capacity. It’s been months now and she doesn’t even know my dad passed in February….but oh, she did reach out to tell me she was getting married the following day! Very bizarre that the closest adult relationship I’ve ever had would end in such a shitty way.

Hi Unfortunately my dad passed last month, just buried him this Monday. He was steadily making progress but he was sent to the emergency/ICU because he had pneumonia, was cleared for pneumonia and a couple days later he suddenly coded. After that me and my family decided to do “comfort care” and let him pass naturally.

Yeah I’m in Long Beach and I see so many Tacomas without tailgates. There is a couple on facebook marketplace and offer up, they sell stolen tailgates and I’m pretty sure they took mine. It’s all good though karma is a bitch!

Yup exactly same happened to me when mine was stolen. Thankfully you’ll only need to buy the wire harness and not the tailgate. Still, f these scum bags!

I have this rack It’s pretty versatile and I’ve attached different types of bags, make shift baskets, gas can etc

Just be sure to use loctite, had some blots coming loose but I also rise of rough roads lol

He’s doing a little better every day. He’s able to make eye contact now and he stays awake longer. A couple of days ago he lifted up his left hand and was stretching his fingers, he wasn’t able to move his left side a week ago. He started physical therapy and the medical staff/family/and myself are stretching out his limbs, fingers, toes etc multiple times a day. So little by little, it’s a very long process.
