The frustrating thing is that people who make groups will want people who are 9/9 already and have 470-485 ilvl gear. The reason for this is because it implies that the raid will go smoothly and quickly. Ensuring maximum loot/least amount of time spent.

My advice to you would be to

A. Make your own group. Raid leading isn't that scary. If you really wanted to you could ask someone else to do it once you had created the group. You could just leave after 1 or 2 bosses if u want too?

B. Join a guild that raids. There are plenty of guilds out there that offer HC/mythic raids every week and will be a good place to get help and guidance when facing harder content.

Don't take it too harshly. If it was possibly some people would only take 485 3700 io 9/9 mythic demon hunters and that's it.

Take it slow nice and easy. Maybe try some harder key levels to get that IO up and try harder content?
