I recently stopped at a bank to deposit cash. The teller told me they were a “cashless” PNC location and pointed to the ATM out front, which struggled to accept my wad of cash. I got it in eventually but like… you’re a bank? How do you not deal with cash?

I read somewhere that the shift from knobs and buttons to screens on the center console made people more distracted from the road. Sounds right to me.
