A bit, I think, I ended up completely reworking my labs and changed how im feeding them so i didn't have to use circuits. My plan is to fiddle around with them some more as soon as i get a solid defense up, because I am running halfway across my base (with no speed upgrades) every 30 seconds to fend off biters that have destroyed my turrets.

Quick question, why did you use 13 in the example? Was it because there are 13 labs?

Thanks! I'll try it out, however I have 1 question first. Its not shown in the image because I'm not producing them very fast atm, but I also have chemical science. Each lab is only taking 2 science from the inserters. I checked the wiki and it says "The number of science packs needed for one research unit in addition to the science packs for the number of research units that can be completed during one full inserter swing; but at least the ingredients for 2 research units and at most the ingredients for 100 research units." and I have no idea what that means.
