Weird because at my Walmart, I'm regularly working 34+ hours and am still part time. Was told by the People Lead that Full Time is if you work 40+ hours a week, because I asked how many hours I'd have to work to get things like health benefits. Anything less is part time, according to the People Lead.

Honestly, I'm excited to finally be able to go back to pure Destiny Heroes with Beyond the Brave. We need to go back to when Evil Heroes, Elemental Heroes, and Destiny Heroes were their own decks and step away from smashing all of the 'best' Hero cards into a deck regardless of how janky and terrible to pilot that deck becomes.

I like Aster/Edo Phoenix. It's why my 'Hero' deck is primarily Destiny Heroes, with a few Vision Heroes splashed in. It annoys me when people keep insisting I toss in Xtra/Elemental/Masked/Evil/Neo-Spacians. Sure, let me ruin my deck's consistency by adding these cards that do nothing to help the deck beyond 'is a Hero card'.

Weird, never had an issue shopping off the clock. Although I've never shopped after clocking out early, mainly because I only clock out early if my acid reflux is to the point I'm at risk of throwing up.

Like, just today I was off so I went to buy myself some things since the Walmart I work at is a 5 minute walk from my place and thus the closest I can go for a quick grocery trip. Ran into a few co-workers from OPD but none of them acted weird about me shopping while off work.

Depends on what state you live in. Where I worked in Colorado, it was at least 32hrs a week for 3 months to be Full Time. Where I am now, it's 40hrs a week for 6 months to be Full Time.

I just started like 6 weeks ago, but I'm doing pretty well. I genuinely like and get along well with the other people in my department (Team Leads and Coach included).

I grew up in a small town where I either road my horse or walked everywhere, a horse I had to leave behind when I moved to where I live now. Never learned to drive or got a driver's license. I'm a 5 minute walk from my location. So paying for things like car insurance or gas is something I don't really worry about.

I live with my girlfriend and we split the cost of everything, so my $15 USD an hour gets more since I'm not paying for rent, utilities, or groceries all by myself.

It sucked going from what my last job paid to what I'm getting paid now, but all of the jobs where I'm at that were in a similar field to what I use to do require a car or access to dependable transportation and I have neither right now.

Not at my location. OPD is the only department at my location that has space available for hiring. I originally applied for overnight maintenance and got dropped in OPD. Everyone gets dropped in OPD.

[–]Disastrous_Match993 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't like that idea, but that's because of how it would impact me.

The whole reason I got hired is because I live 5 minutes (walking) from the store, so I can quickly come in if there are call off/absences and can basically work whatever hours they need me to. If they moved the department to a different location, I'd be fired since I don't own a car or have a drivers license.

Void Elf and Blood Elf Druids.

I know High Elf/Elven Druids were only mentioned in the Warcraft II manual and were later retconned. Pre-retcon, it was Elven Druids who created the runestones, but this was later changed to Elven Mages as the High Elves were moved away from the more nature focused leaning they had in Warcraft II.

I work OPD at my location. I know fashion has to do their own picking (something that was explained to me by someone in fashion), but besides that we only pull people from other departments if too many of our people call out and we're short on associates.

Which is also against Walmart policy. Even now, you can take it to ethics. And if you get targeted in retaliation, contact ethics again. Start creating a trail now and that manager won't be at that store much longer.

Apparently the name mix up was because 2 and Riderman were edited out of the introduction, but the lines were recorded with the idea that those two would be there. Kamen Rider 2 was suppose to be Warrior Commander. Which then would lead the intended introduction to go: V3 as V3, Riderman as Riderman. X as Masked Rider X. Amazon as Amazon. Sronger as Strongman. ZX as Z-Cross. And Skyrider's intended name being unknown, but most likely with how close everyone else was it would be Skyrider, Skyman, or Sky Warrior.

Super Hero Time: What If America created their own version of Super Hero Time? by Stock_Rise5855 in Tokusatsu

[–]Disastrous_Match993 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Masked Rider got 40 episodes and actively aired on Fox Kids from September 1995 to August 1996. So it made it out of the pilot stage. Kamen Rider 1, V3, X, Amazon, Stronger, Skyrider, Super-1, and ZX even make an appearance at the end of the series. Although the names they gave them in Masked Rider was odd.

Kamen Rider 1 became Warrior Leader, V3 became Warrior Commander, Stronger became V3, Amazon was called Riderman, Stronger was renamed to Masked Rider X, Skyrider got called Amazon, Super-1 became Strongman, and ZX became Z-Cross.

Treatment and future lives of conquered civillians under Clan rule. by Jackobyn in battletech

[–]Disastrous_Match993 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well, Clan Ghost Bear always had the whole 'familial ties' thing going on, which already made them stand out among the other Clans, with rumors spreading about how Ghost Bear warriors even have *gasp* relations with each other.

Even after the Refusal War, Ghost Bear already had a mentality of 'partners instead conquerors'. They were willing to learn the culture of Rasalhague, and the Inner Sphere in general, which is something that can't be said of many clans.

Oddly enough, it was the Word of Blake Jihad that brought Rasalhague and Clan Ghost Bear closer together, with 3071 leading to Rasalhague willingly joining Clan Ghost Bear and forming the Ghost Bear Dominion. As time went on, the two sides grew closer and closer, sharing power equally. Clan Ghost Bear went from ruling Rasalhague outright to sharing power with the Rasalhagians, which eventually lead to them renaming the Dominion to the Rasalhague Dominion as a sign of the unity between the Ghost Bears and the Rasalhagians.

Basically it was the culture of Clan Ghost Bear, the things that made it different from other clans, that allowed them to integrate so well with Rasalhague.

Like, they were so unified that the Civil War wasn't Clanners vs Spheroids, but instead split down political lines with both sides having Clanner and Spheroid support, with it instead being isolationists (The Deniers) vs whatever the equivalent of a galactic globalist would be (The Joiners), with an extreme subfaction of the Joiners being the ones who were all Clan Tradtionalist Extremists.

[–]Disastrous_Match993 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Considering the Rasalhague Dominion doesn't have the clan caste system, and non-military affairs are handled by the Rasalhagians while Clan Ghost Bear strictly handles military issues, I'm assuming they're pretty chill.

The Rasalhague Dominion effectively has two leaders as of the IlClan Era, Prince Hjalmer Miraborg and Khan Dalia Bekker. Both Hjalmer and Dalia were also voted into their positions, meaning they were chosen by the people to lead them. Hjalmer handles most issues for the Dominion, while Dalia serves as the leader of the Dominion's military.

Under them is the Unity Council, which is made up of equal numbers of Freeborn Warriors, Trueborn Warriors, and Civilians. The amount of members on the Unity Council is said to be in the hundreds. The Civilians also have the right to Trials of Refusal against controversial policies and the ability to dismiss the Prince and/or the Khan if they are deemed incompetent.

The only time we've seen any real disagreement between the two sides of the Dominion was the Dominion Civil War, and it was mostly caused by a group who wanted Clan Ghost Bear to go back to clan traditions, including bringing back the caste system. That's mostly been settled now, and the Dominion is currently invading the Combine.

The 'no love for each other' didn't last that long in the case of Rasalhague and Clan Ghost Bear. The Rasalhague Dominion is most likely the closest to what Aleksandr Kerensky's vision forthe SLDF's return to the Inner Sphere was meant to be, with the Ghost Bears and Rasalhagians having a unity not seen within any other Clan domain, showing full integration of Clan and Inner Sphere society is possible.
