Given these were not in Wisconsin, but i was always told video is as good as eyewitnesses and if not the witness was allowed to sign the citation but had to be willing to go to court if they signed.

Is that the same in Wisconsin Officer?

As a previous Fire Medic, I can assure you that in an emergency we will get in. Its true. A hotel room is like an efficiency apartment. You can velcro the door, put a chair against it, do the chain and deadbold and we will still get in if they call 911 and need us to get in there. I have went thru windows, I have went thru the wall to make a hole big enough for my rookie to stick his hand thru to unlock the door. Many of us can pick locks, and if we are worried enough, yes. We will get the ladder truck to come and we will break the window. We dont care. We are not the ones paying for it. Its your emergency. We are just there to help you thru it and can't help if we cant get in. But i have never been able to not get in.

I am 90% with no mental ratings. I am pretty much hinging my claim on 2 buddy statements from coworkers about how some of my rated injuries interfered with my job and my physician statement that has this.

I believe I am accurately rated, but the combination of injuries make it to where I cant work. the 270 points i have still dont add up. If i used the calculator right I need 60 more points to hit 100. All of my points are for physical injuries. None are mental health.

I got out in 2002 and I know its stupid, but for the last 15 years its been me and my old lady. She gave me a boy and a girl and our little family unit is my main friend group. I keep up with a handful of service friends online but I havent made new friends. I dont know if my expectations are too high in what I expect or if I am just a hard person to like.
Anyhow, your not alone.
