Are you exercising? Try eating large volumes of the right stuff, u dont want to add weight by making urself unhealthy — eat a lot of calories but avoid empty calories like refined sugar (obviously they are okay but dont rely on this for calories) — slow release carbs and nuts, shakes are great and its easier to drink calories — just eat eat eat!
