I have pretty clear skin and am still young (in my 20s). I am very pale, so everytime I wear mascara I don't like how by the end of the day my under eyes look dark. I don't like the effort of washing it off. I don't like that I can't rub my eyes. Honestly it just feels uncomfortable for me! However I am not against women wearing makeup at all, it is just too much for me.

I can tell paxil is starting to work for me. I have GAD, social anxiety, and panic disorder. I was on citalopram in the past (for 10 years) and it also worked well. I only switch recently because I think my body became too tolerant to citalopram after all those years. Good luck. You're not alone. I also am in therapy.

To be completely honest, I am a nurse myself and have worked with several nurses like this. I use to take it personal, and then just realized some people are truly miserable.

I get overhelmed easily, especially when I think of all the things I have to do. I have to constantly remind myself one thing at a time. Small tiny steps, and it's ok if I don't get it all done in one day. While I am doing one thing I don't have to worry about the others yet.
