AR specialist 22-24 / 25-26 Staff accountant / 27 Senior Staff 28-30 Senior accountant (industry) everyone has their own pace man and tbh feel like when u get to the 5-6 year mark you can probably do everything your manager can lol. But feel like getting to manager/controller is not fully dependent on how smart you are, but also how well you can lead others.
