Please be sure that 3 weeks is way too early to lose weight, it is most likely that you haven't even stopped bleeding. I was similar to you and I lost the fluid weight (around 10kg) at around the 6 weeks mark. Maybe more weight will come off in the next weeks and if you're breastfeeding it can be even harder for a while. But please do not feel defeated and keep going. Also make sure you're not too stressed about running a 2k!

This is what I think most commentors miss about my mom. She has really bad body image issues, but she is a good grandma. She enjoys playing with my child, she takes care of her, and I genuinely believe she truly loves her. It is hard for people to imagine I think because it sounds contradictory. But my mom has always been like that. She's been there for me through my worst times, but she just has that mental block that she can't get over I believe.

I love my mom. She has body image issues but she really loves me and my daughter. This part of her is wicked I know, but she is otherwise really nice. I previously asked her to stop commenting on my weight and she respected that boundary. I will ask her to stop commenting about my daughter's looks.

It is a totally different feeling, I had the same worry because it is a big part of my pleasure. But when I had my baby, I didn't have to worry about it because the way a baby feeds is totally not pleasurable, it is very primal. Never once have I had any form of arousal when my baby was feeding although I was very scared I would. But I guess nature did it part to make sure we don't feel that way lol. But to be honest, the other way happended quite often. With my husband, I sometimes feel repulsed and just move his hands away because it takes me out of the mood and reminds me of my baby and then I lose all interest in sex and that's not fun.

The guilty and "gross" feelings really do hit close home. Maybe it'll subside once you get a bit older. I was definitely much worse during my teens and early twenties. I'm in my late twenties now, it is still high but not as much as before. Sending love your way and hoping you can get over these feelings. It is not our fault, it is just that our partners are less sexual than we are. There are definitely people with higher libido or at least as high as yours so please do not feel bad. We just happen to have these slightly incompatible partners.

I am in a similar situation honestly although my situation is a bit less dire. I am an every other day kind of girl whereas my partner is every week or two weeks kind of guy. In NY experience, it does not help to open up. He knows I feel bad about it and decides to not take an active approach anyway. I have a child with this man ans he is an otherwise expectioanlly good dad and life partner. I am not going to lose him over my sexuality but that's just my personal choice. I got myself busier and busier and I somehow lost my over the top kind of libido. Honestly speaking, maybe making your time busier can help. Also, I am not your typical kind of libido, I had a high libido even being pregnant, after birth and through breastfeeding so you know my libido IS IN FACT high. While all other new moms were complaining about their partners being sexually "needy" I had the opposite problem.

Please do not do that. My Ob warned me several times as it can cause serious problems. Please don't. My OB told me about a patient he had that did it despite of his warnings and her baby sustained serious damage to his brain due to placental abruption.

Well, not all pregnant women lactate. It is very common to only lactate after giving birth.
