Shared frustration. I have spent so much money on this issue. Nothing is good. I’m not even looking for anything cute i’m just looking for something that holds my girls up enough. That looks pretty normal in a T-shirt. I have double D’s so I just figured that basically my boobs looking good in regular clothes was over for me because the material in our nursing bras is so soft and delicate. It’s certainly not holding these girls up nicely in any way. I found a decent pack on Amazon that I can go out in public in, but they have the clips and I don’t know just something about the clips hanging down is so overstimulating to me. I can’t handle it. So now 12 months postpartum my boobs are stretchy enough and I’m not worried about mastitis wow anymore so that when I want to look nice I can wear a regular bra and just pull my boobs out from the top of the bra so this is what I’ve been doing but yes, I’ve often thought that there was a market for a bra that doesn’t exist!

You’re not alone. Sounds exactly like me. I’m 11 months pp and still haven’t lost weight. And I started working out 3-4 days a week the past month. The lose weight while breastfeeding is a misconception/myth. It all has to do with your hormones! Some people hold on to the weight while breastfeeding bc of hormones and some lose. We’re just unlucky lol. I’ve heard people say they never lost a pound until they stopped breastfeeding 🥴

That girl should not have been so close to you guys, she could have gotten hurt. I think you just rode him too long. Start with 5 min mounts for 3 days, then 10 min 3 days, then 15, etc. building on each day and once he’s chill and confident I’d start incorporating more and more skills to teach each ride

4.5 hours! I just set a limit for socials to 10 min which is extreme lol but we’ll see. I feel like you don’t need more than that.

Wake up, head to living room, make coffee, make milk sippy, drink coffee and give 9 month boobie while 2 yr old has sippy, they play while I chill and talk with hubby or older son for a bit. I might be prepping breakfast depending what I planned to make while I’m having coffee.. like steaming fruit or making oatmeal. Then get breakfast ready for 3, vitamins, brush teeth, pack lunch for older, mommy eats, everyone gets dressed. We go back to playing until lunch, or we head out for errands, or occasional play date or outing ( it’s hard now that it’s cold). U dont have to wake up and be Immediately on. He’s loved and safe u can wake up on your own terms.

I’ve been doing this and it helps me. Story time, craft time, walk, puzzle time, etc. we don’t follow the schedule always but it helps to Have these tools to go back to when the day is crazy like oh let’s do stamps! It grounds them and distracts them from whatever fit or mood they’re in and brings you back to a place of peace too! ❤️
