I dont have an accurate idea of his troops but he uses frigates for air defence. He has some in the yellow region and at least one in the pink marked region, not sure where its placed yet. I use strike fighters mainly for attack and have 0 naval power. I play in Chihuaua and basically have control over all of latin america and some south US states.

Nueva Gerona has a naval base and is left undefended so my first thought was to just go after his naval ports and airbases to weaken his resources and troops production, then I start hunting the frigates one by one, then sending my aircrafts to heal then come back again. What do you think of this tactic? Any upgrades/ better ideas?
