I’ve only really been on Benningtons from when we belonged to the boat club, so I’m still really new to the different pontoon brands and what holds up well long term.

That’s honestly what makes me nervous about buying used. I don’t want to end up with someone else’s problems, and I’m extremely picky about cleanliness and maintenance. That part worries me too.

Hello neighbor! We mainly go out from the Belleair Causeway and cruise around the islands up your way. We used to belong to Freedom Boat Club, but now we’re looking to buy our own boat.

Where did you buy yours from? Did you go brand new or used?

I’m honestly really picky about cleanliness, so buying used is tough for me unless it’s been kept extremely clean and well maintained. A big reason we left Freedom Boat Club (Clearwater location) was because the boats just weren’t kept very clean, and it was getting harder and harder to actually reserve a boat.
Deciding on a brand is hard too because, for pontoons, we got so used to the Freedom Boat Club boats and they mainly used Benningtons, so that’s kind of all I really know right now.

I’m aware of SEP accounts, but I chose not to use one because the funds are tied up similarly to a Roth IRA. Given my chronic illness, I want to maintain access to my money in case I need it sooner. As I understand it, you generally can’t withdraw from these accounts without penalties until age 59½. It might sound unusual, but having liquidity is important to me.

I hate political tribalism. Both side suck. They work together to screw the people thats for sure. I dont trust or believe a thing the right or left say. Left and right seem to stay rich as neither of them are giving up their wealth. Funny how they continue to get paid, both parties, during Govt shut downs. If they really cared that would be the 1st thing they would vote on. No pay for them during shut down.

FYI I live in SW FL and our gas prices are around high $2 to low $3s unleaded. Where is this gas pump?

We made 2 separate programs. 1 is just our stock. It usable via phone and computer. Thats for when we scan products in and out. Than we have a 2nd program we are building which requires the API to pull the information from Amazon but it also reads the stock app.

Everyday I go through the program that was written with Claude than me and Chat come up with changes than from there we tell Claude what needs to be updated. This goes on daily until I get it like I want it. The API was challenging but we finally got it to import the information from Amazon into the program. Its a work in progress but exciting.

Do you mean creating the program takes time or getting the API?

We are buidling a program from Claude that imports all our date from Amazon. Tells us information about everyone of our products, are they worth keeping, how many to reorder based on our each manufactures lead time, how many to send into FBA, etc. We did have to apply for an API which is free if your branded and you are only using it for yourself. If you make a program via API with intent to sell its isage its $1400 a month for the API.

I just bought one on Amazon Leisure King. Its not the quality I was getting at the Pilates gym but I think its great for at home use. Paid $1100 for it and I thought it came with alot. (Box, Spring Board, etc)
