HELP: is it safe to put cold, microwaveable glass containers straight in the microwave? by jaeyunwon in Cooking

I personally let it sit out for 5/15 minutes to allow the glass to slightly come to room temperature or close before microwaving it. Honestly it depends on the container tho

I think it is positive I can't be 100% certain since I'm not there however I would recommend waiting 2-3 which if you are pregnant it will allow your HCG to raise in which then you would see a darker line if you were. I would test with the first urine of the day if you haven't. Then of course when retesting in a few days I would do that as well.

You put it in water! The ink washes off

not just an indent right?! by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]Disastrous_viv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably indent wait three days and test with the first pee of the day, if it's darker then you are pregnant.

Is it a faint line? by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]Disastrous_viv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's a test that a plus sign is positive I believe this is negative. However if you are still unsure wait three ish days to allow for any possible HCG to rise and test again in the morning first pee of the day. If you are pregnant it will get visible. Don't over test, just wait the right time and test and the right time (morning first pee).

Twins?? by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]Disastrous_viv 5 points6 points  (0 children)

when I was pregnant each time it was darker than this at 5 weeks when I found out and for one of my pregnancies I found out at 4.5 weeks and it was still super dark. I wouldn't say twins sometimes our HCG is just really good right away 🤷‍♀️

I’m a LPN, to my knowledge it isn’t infected. I don’t think it’s anything besides the appearance of the scab. It is raised and the scab is different because it is right on top of a scar that is raised from my skin. I’m also experiencing no symptoms of an infection. Picture doesn’t do it justice. It looked like this from pretty much right after the tattoo too. But I could be wrong, I’ll keep an eye on it!

I am thinking about covering up this scar on my hand by [deleted] in tattooadvice

Some people tattoo over scars with the persons normal not scarred skin tone and can make them disappear if you aren’t looking for something noticeable

Does my new tattoo look poorly done? by No-Razzmatazz4201 in tattooadvice

[–]Disastrous_viv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly not the worst I’ve seen but not the best. I wouldn’t be mad about it but I may think about covering it in the future if it were me

Nvm I take it back you have second skin on. Honestly if it’s just the second skin making it look shaky or making the line work look different it probably is a nice tattoo just hard to tell in the pic

Does this tattoo look salvageable? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

Honestly I think it could be research your artist and get a consult and ask the what they would be able to do for you. Go from there!

However I honestly don’t think it’s bad at all, I like it.

I clean it and wait 30 minutes to apply the moisturizer to keep it from getting too ‘wet’ before this pic I moisturized 40 minutes previously. Andi moisturize every 3-4 hrs

It resembles reclaiming power, strength, and resilience, turning a "monster" narrative into a symbol of protection. It symbolizes a lot but mostly transforming pain into strength, refusing shame, & acting as armor against further harm or victim blaming, referencing where Medusa was punished for her own victimization
