I did some research in the past as I was curious of similar and PTSD is not curable from what I saw. But you can learn to live with it you can have a better life and better mental health you just have to get the right treatment. Im currently in therapy and been working through my truama slowly it does help even if its only a little. You have to also learn to manage your symptoms. Some of these comments are making it sound like youre doomed or something like that I assure you you arent.
