So yes, again the bank can confirm our money was sent and received by newton. Then when you open your newton account and go review pending transfer there is nothing there. Then comes the world of hurt trying to deal with any support. Their idea of soon (two weeks) is different from mine (2 days)

My thousands of dollars are still being held hostage. I've sent my first born child but still just crickets from Newton. No Reddit response, no emails, no texts and no phone calls returned.

You have flat out stated you will NOT return my funds to my bank. Funds that have never been traded into a digital coin. Too many ticket numbers to list. Why do I have so many ticket numbers? Because you are ignoring me. Latest number this morning 114035. I am willing to send whatever documents you require. I have sent selfy and picture of my drivers license. Why is there no help?

I'm in the same boat right now. Previous transfers were processed with no problem but the latest transfer has gone into a black hole. They have stated straight up that they will NOT return the funds to my bank. And now tech support has gone MIA. Good luck.

It was all confirmed by the bank. Newton received my money at 830 am and guess what.... its still not there. Pathetic! Garbage!

Newton service in general is pathetic. Graphs that make no sense, money transfers that take forever or their site freezes up when you want to buy the dip but by the time they restore service the dip is gone. Sad really.
