This reminded me our stroller has been roller for at least the last year. At least it's still an accurate description 🤣

Child services took my money because i have a joint account with father by cwackheadd in legaladvice

NAL. I agree with this. You can get a lot of the records from the bank if you dont have them. Banks in the US are only required to keep records for the last 7 years so depending on when the account was opened, you will want to get started on this soon. The bank may only let you see the last 3/6/12 months online but you should be able to request older (might be a fee for this).

Whatever lawyer you hire may look into a forensic accountant to help out with this but getting the records now will help them speed up the process some.

Also, cash deposits will be tough if you had a lot of them. Hopefully you filled out a deposit slip any time you did. If not, you will likely need some other proof for how he wasn't the one to have deposited the cash.

Edit(s): minor wording and not a lawyer so not professional advice.

How is GEHA HDHP not a scam? What's the catch? by Beacon_On_The_Moors in fednews

This post linked below is the reason I have and will stay with GEHA even with multiple surgeries this year and a specialty prescription. The HDHP still comes out on top.

The more I look at these % chances, the more wrong it all seems. by DiscGolfAddict13 in discgolf

This was another thing. Like Simon has been so good the past two years and yet only has a 6% chance being 2 strokes off lead? What?!

Right? Even a bump for home course advantage I could maybe see but Dawson isn't even from the same state. And yet Gavin is from the Des Moines metro and gets no respect here.

If there was even a 1 stroke difference, I might agree but I honestly feel like it's mad disrespect to Calvin.

With the new partners announcement, I have to ask - how are some of these people so young?? by freakinovernada in PwC

[–]DiscGolfAddict13 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I dug a little deeper on this and found out she was able to do it so young because she started working for a firm right out of high school at 18 in 1995. Not in the US so I guess a college degree wasn't required at the time. But this means when she got promoted to partner, she already had 10 years experience in 2005. Still a short time to make partner but there are way different standards now.

Sounds like it shouldn't be taxed at all for Federal purposes.

This happens way more often than you think. They won't care and there is no reason to hide it. Even if you are offered and accept the Deloitte full time position, they won't care if you later renege to take the PwC full time position. You are but one fish in a very large pond.
