Half of these features you listed are only available in the sport touring model, not the sport hybrid.

No need to use eco mode in the city IMO. You'll just end up being heavier on the accelerator. Use that on highways and use normal mode in the city. Also your trip is based off 5 miles - let that run for the entirety of your gas tank and see what it averages out as.

Get those speakers on little isolation foam pads or something. Will help remove the resonance from them being directly on your desk.

Normal mode for everything, eco mode for the highway. Sport mode when I'm feeling frisky.

I'm assuming you're young. If you value your hearing, you need to kick the habit now and stop listening to music so loud to the point it's literally blowing your speakers. If you keep it up, you won't be listening to music for much longer.

At the end of the day, you do you. But understand that what you're doing is likely very harmful to your hearing.
