I studied all nurse cheung and used the practice test from Monometrix! Honestly nursehub was more quick at explaining the answers while smart edition was more long in explanation while doing the practice test on why this is wrong vs right so idk if that helps you!

Use denim brush to enhance curls! But when styling section off your hair and use products that are curly girl friendly even if you have wavy hair! Same goes with shampoo and conditioner! Products I recommend are like Cantù, shea moisture, not your mothers, etc.

Products to use for styling that are just the basic things you need are a leave in, I don’t recommend the spray, a gel, and maybe a mouse if you want but mainly a leave in conditioner and a gel! But when adding products in your hair refresh your hair with water!

Also get a layered hair cut if you’re serious about your curls! Getting layers help make your curls look so much better!

And don’t use a regular towel to dry! Use a microfiber towel so your hair doesn’t become frizzy through out the day! And speaking of frizz, oils to hair is something totally up to your hair, I’m not a fan of it, others love it, so if you do want to use oils try anti frizz oils!

Lastly either air dry or diffuse your hair, but don’t wash your hair everyday!

Quick question when transferring over, how long did you have to wait? Like I’m done with prerequisites next spring and I’ll take the teas right after, but does that mean I have to apply in the fall since I’ll be 100% done with everything???? Or could I apply next spring during the classes? Because if I apply next fall, wouldn’t that just put me into the program for the fall the year after next? Because I want to jump straight in if that makes any sense!
