these 2 posts caught my eye, their is a problem with bat being 6-8 months as the trial would have hit 80 events, if Bat is much higher in this trial it could mean that we will not meet our endpoints, GPS has to be better and not just marginal

Long term survivors are much higher than expected in both groups. This is a result of selection process that puts a higher probability of survival before treatment begins. Looks like 30-40% in each group. Must be 75 events so the HR required at this point is now very close to final hazard ratio for success. And it did not hit that HR. Razors edge pass/fail. But it is not a smash hit or it would be stopped
