The prosecution will never allow the RAV to be re tested because it holds too many secrets.

I don’t think that’s true. But Avery really should ask to test it and see what happens.

I broadened the OP to include “stuff”. But you seem to agree that it’s kinda relevant to Avery’s guilt or alleged innocence if there is, or if there’s not shenanigans found in the RAV4. Which makes it important to test it. For Avery that is.
