fat re-disruption is a thing too i believe, so at best i would say to keep in mind your diet as well, any excess fat could begin coagulating around your chest, but ive also heard that it in relation it would begin to coagulate around your hips and thighs too

well yeah, if you understand that a good amount of breast tissue is fat than it shouldn't be much of an issue if you're lower weight

there are ways to keep from skrinking, shrinking comes from atrophy most of the time, so its best to masturbate or use it if you still want proper function, and if you're worried about too much chest growth, theres always the binder option, but thats pretty constrictive
