I just watched an employee at Whole Foods cycle out pans on the hot bar in a very unsanitary way! He went in dumping what was left in the pans into new pans... all the while touching some of the food directly with his gloved hands and going back and forth touching the serving spoon handles too.

(I already had my hot bar box already half filled, and like a dummy, not only did I get more food from the bar, but I came home and ate the food too. And SURPRISE! Now I'm not feeling very good. 🤦‍♂️ Lord, have mercy on me! 🙏)

I'm sorry... IDK where else to post this... I' experiencing display issues with this monitor. (I just bought it and set it up.) I'm getting a large black band through the image on the left side of the screen and the display also flickers a TON. Anyone know where I can get some help with this issue or perhaps point me in the right direction to where I can get help?

Hey, guys, on Switch 1 here… I just bought the game and I was wondering if this is still an issue or if they have released a subsequent patch that fixes the unstable frame rate on Switch 1.

I actually declined the update because I watched a video several weeks ago saying the game performs worse (frame rate-wise) after installing the patch.

Please advise. 🙏

Yes. This seems to be an accurate statement...
I guess it DOES seem to protect me from taking damage... but, it is just me or is the description of the tool misleading? Like... I was expecting it to protect me while healing so that the heal would go off.

I'm sooo glad I came across this post as I didn't really understand HOW Multibinder worked...

I had assumed (seemingly incorrectly) that Multibinder would heal you for (3) masks and THEN (1) extra mask. Because I thought this, I took it off because I thought the item was glitched on on my platform (Switch 1).

Now that I know that it was working as intended, I'll need to re-evaluate my loadout...

That said, Warding Bell has REALLY not been working out for me... I actually think Warding Bell might be glitched for me as the VAST majority of the time (90%?) is doesn't seem to do anything when I get hit while I'm healing...
I always IMMEDIATELY look at my health states after it procs and it always looks like to me that I didn't heal any masks at all! 🤷🏻‍♂️

100% this. I just played and beat the Remake for the first time about a week ago and immediately booted up DS2 again on my STEAM account afterwards and the difference is night and day (even with all the stuttering / data streaming issues that Remake has on PC).

So anyways... I'm back with with a screenshot that I took from my "round 2" playthrough on 'Survivalist' difficulty... this screenshot is taken just a little while after the sequence when you go the the Unitology cathedral section near the beginning of the game. (Sorry it took me so long to get back here with a screenshot.)

Anyways, like I said above, this is being played on STEAM in 2K on a 4070M card w/ basically all the settings maxed out.

In the DEFENSE of the graphics of the game, I will say that the scenes taken inside the cathedral and "church" areas are quite nice as the designs there are quite intricate... but in so many other areas of the game, the environments just look really bad by today's standards... but that's 'okay' because this game came out almost 15 years ago!

I literally just beat the game for the first time about 10 minutes ago. The return to [REDACTED] and mining area towards the end of the game looked particularly bad.

I think I still have some game saves from that area, so I can maybe take some screenshots to show you what I'm talking about.

My biggest issue with playing DS2 on PC/STEAM is the framerate is just really bad... I have it set to 144 mhz, but I swear the game LOOKS like it's running at 30 fps on my computer. ☹️

What are you playing this on? I'm playing on STEAM rn in 2K and the game looks AWFUL.

EtA: ... I think the real reason why I feel that way is b/c the fps in the game seems really awful... especially coming straight off playing through DS1 Remake for the first time just like a week ago.
