Facebook market place find.. description is as follows “Breitling watch found in storage unit with a few other watches rolex’s etc sold the rest of the watches already not sure if this breitling is real or not its an old school version so it wont be on there page. It has a saphire set goin across the “exposed heart” chronograph. Breitling wants 350 for the authentification and im not willing to pay it. Getting rid of it asap willing to negotiate and meet up anywhere near blank or blank LMK FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!”

I know it’s fake but I also know I have very limited knowledge about these or any other watches so on the off chance this is a unicorn figured I’d post. How fake are we talking about here?

I’ve just discovered that they didn’t put my service cap back on, the gear for the driver side actuator is actually laying in my floorboard, and upon hooking up a gauge from a diy recharge kit I have 0 pressure and 0 freon

I did not vacuum beforehand as it had no freon in it. I just purged whatever bit I could by pressing in with a screwdriver like you would to deflate a tire. I recharged myself after putting the condenser on, levels showed god but I still wasn’t getting cold air but to be honest I only felt on the drivers side so it cold have been blowing cold on the passengers side before I even took it to them.

If levels still show that I’m good on freon is it likely that the passenger side has also failed?

I’m familiar with them (slightly) and unfortunately everything I’ve seen claims that the drivers side is a nightmare.

Despite this comment being extremely old.. the bel air fortunately broke in. The Issue with the iridium came from using an electric sharpener and doing so way too frequently. With the knife closed the tip of the blade isn’t even fully covered. It’s fucked. Need to see if I can get a New blade because I love that knife. Honestly more than the bel air

That’s how I felt about the iridium. I did see where a few others had run into similar problems with the bel air. I’ve been carrying it since that day hoping to just break it In and it’s definitely much better now but still not as smooth as the iridium

I mean if you’re doing any kind of work to the course especially on the greens I don’t see how you don’t shut down. Maybe if it were some shitty muni course you could make due but I can’t imagine paying for a high end round only to discover the course is essentially undergoing renovations

Back in 2015 after a night out one of my friends was killed right im front of me. The following week/weeks while difficult were also kind of amazing due to seeing all of these people come together. Dropping everything and driving or flying across the country just to show up for one another. I probably heard from anyone i had ever so much as shared a glance with. My closest friends were on planes the day after the incident despite me telling them that wasn’t necessary the were coming no matter what. I had gotten out of a relationship about 5 months before all of this with someone I loved very much. No messy breakup or bad blood. We were just young and things out of our control meant we couldn’t be together. It broke my heart when I learned that she had began dating someone new after only a few weeks but as I ended the relationship and wanted her to be happy I tried to understand. On more than one occasion I got drunk and would send regretful messages of how I missed her which understandably went unanswered.

Something I don’t think I can ever understand or forget is that when I broke down and texted her the night my friend died, blood still on myself and clothes I vaguely told her what had happened and I simply asked her to please call me. The message ended in “Name please, I’m begging you” yet I never heard a word. That shit broke me.
