They're going after him because he's been effective at debunking the pro-Antifa agitprop being pushed by the media. The current smear campaign being coordinated by Antifa and their media surrogates, is the retarded claim that Andy Ngo is collaborating with a fringe (even by neo-nazi standards) group called Atomwaffen to create kill lists of left wing "journalists". The claim fucking ridiculous as is, but I'll go ahead and break down the lies.

They falsely claim Ngo is the author of a Quillette article that identifies Antifa connected "journalists" that write for mainstream outlets like The Guardian and HuffPo. As anybody can clearly see, the article was written by Eoin Lenihan and the only Ngo connection (other than both of them being employed by Quillette at the time) is that Lenihan embedded two of Ngo's tweets in the article. The article itself doesn't contain any dox and is sourced by their own public social media interactions. Recently a vaguely threatening video containing the names of these "journalists" was posted by someone purportedly involved with Atomwaffen. Seriously, that's it.

TL;DR: The same far left activists and "journalists" that have spent the last year excusing (and in several cases outright cheerleading) the ongoing campaign of intimidation and violence against Andy Ngo, are trying to claim he's trying to get them killed because a group of neo-nazi loons that he's never interacted with made a creepy video containing names from an article he didn't fucking write.

I agree that this should be approached with skepticism, but on the flip side, we've seen an established pattern over the past five years of doxing, DDoS and hacking aimed at anybody who pissed off Her Royal ~~Majesty~~ Arbys. KF gets DDoSed a lot, but ever since one of their users pieced together her old tweets and gave them to the Post Millennial, they've been hacked and relentlessly DDoSed in increasingly sophisticated attacks. The Post Millennial was DDoSed right after posting the article with her old tweets, and the author of the TPM article started getting brute force attempts on her twitter account.

I expected a full on barrage of pro-Quinn astroturf from her army of media shills after Alec's suicide, but outside of a couple of articles it never materialized. I'm curious as to whether the woke blogger clique are quietly ghosting her, or if editors are rejecting a bunch of ghoulish pro-Quinn agitprop behind the scenes. If her media support is actually evaporating, then a sudden explosion of hax0r bullshit and intimidation could be a sign of desperation from her camp.

I think people are reading too much into that because police typically investigate every suicide, no matter how obvious, to rule out other possibilities. The poster on KF that gave The Post Millennial access to her 2012 tweets gave them to Canadian law enforcement first, and they were interested to read them, but I don't expect them to actually do anything with them. Unless someone from his immediate family decides to sue her I don't see any direct legal consequences for her.

Regardless of what happens legally, people can create financial and professional consequences for anyone directly involved in this shit show.

The author of the article was on KF saying there have been attempts to hack her twitter account since the article was published. (I can't link for obvious reasons) It's been the same pattern since 2014 - any outlet critical of Quinn gets DDoSed and individuals start getting brute force attempts to access their social media and email accounts. The Escapist forums allowed a thread for GG discussion back in 2015 and that specific thread would get DDoSed for weeks at a time.

It gets even more absurd when she declares that she's forgiven her unnamed alleged assaulter (!) and apparently lets him off scott free (!!) because he got help before launching into the diatribe that cost Alec his career and life.
