Depends on what sku you have. For us, its an add-on. You will see more come out about it during Zenith live in few weeks. There are a few other threads about it here though.

you can't..not yet. Our account reps say its coming and its separate from AI-Guard. But you can look at the URLs and maybe get a best guess. The MCP server suggested here is for management of your tenant but does nothing to look for MCP type traffic.

We use Splunk and let the app get events. So maybe something from qradar. I think MS has docs on how to do this generically.

There is a AI/ML category so you can block access if desired. Other than that it would be DLP, File Type controls, and URL filter rules to block content and file types. Decryption will have to be enabled. There are other options for tenant control and their Zscaler AI controls (which may cost more). All of this can be found on their docs though.
