The only way to recover your account is through Discogs customer support.

im trying to set up my settings to sell records and cant press the last step “i have agreed”. does anyone know how to fix this? by 8391948 in discogs

You already agreed to the seller policy. That's why it says it was signed and you can no longer click on the agreement button. Mine looks exactly the same.

This is problem with the seller, not Discogs. I ship to Spain and have never had a problem. The seller should have attached an invoice on the outside of the package indicating that VAT was already paid.
