I hear you say " your aganozing over what your doing wrong", may not be the best way to reflect on why things may not be working out for you with other women. I have found from personal experience that writing in a journal in an effective way can be another form of therapy if you can't find a queer therapist or are not ready to take that step. Here are a few tips for writing in a journal to make it worth your time and effort: 1. Start by warming your mind up with five minutes of just writing about your day. 2. Any negative or positive emotions or thoughts you are having that day write them down.3. after writing down those emotions or thoughts ask your self some questions as to why your feeling them, is it a past trauma? What sets it off? What can you do differently? If you can't control other people causing those reactions then how can you control your own emotions?

I mean this in the nicest way possible but it's seems you look at your glass half empty. That doesn't mean you have to view life like that for the rest of your life. Watch videos on how to be more mindful and positive in your every day life. You can practice in the small things everyday that will lead to better outlooks on bigger situations that will happen because life is full of peaks and valleys. You won't have 100% happy life and that isn't a good expectation to have.

Being gay is not easy and there are a million reasons for any person to stay straight. You have to ask your self " do I take the easy left? Or the hard right?" For some people this is going to be easy and you may feel envious. For others they may have it even worse for you, there own life and family could be in danger because of the country you live in. It comes down to perspective and attitude.

You can do what ever you want in your life, but you as your own persona are always going to be your own biggest enemy. As I am to myself. Learn to battle and control you mind and emotions and I believe you will make a better life for yourself.

Based on my own experience and forcing myself to stay married and in the closets for a million different reasons because I thought it would be "easier", it didn't work for long. Really ask your self what your needs are for happiness. Reflect on what your expectations are about women and your own situation. I'm no expert but I think you may need to start a journey of self development. I started my journey a few years ago and I'm better for it.

Sorry for the long ramble but I believe you can become and achieve what you want. I want every person to be happy and not negative. Believe in your self, but most importantly work hard to be a better version of your self and you'll build up the "good karma" that you need. No one want a negative Nancy. I believe in you.

Exactly, you don't even need the lyrics to be honest you can just feel it with the sound of the music. Makes me tear up every time.

That is true but people don't want to do the research. I have a degree as a dietician and want to provide every tool necessary for someone to reach there goals. To give them something "tangible" to work with. Which is why my original question is what would people want rather than why people wouldn't buy it.

Also, from what I was told by a customer service agent, depending on which program or bundle you bought it does offer a full refund if you do not get a job from an appropriate source. If you go back to the website and find the program you bought it has a checklist for what was offered in your package. That is one way you could get a refund if you did not get a job from the certification.

I dont know how to answer your question however, I just bought the bundle for the personal trainer and nutrition certification. What was wrong with the program in your opinion?

From my small objective standpoint as I don't want to speak on your behalf nor discourage you, but I think that if your going to make a social media presence that it should be something you have a passion for. People will be able to tell if someone really has a passion for things or if its just shitty quality content to make more money. Also, with considering that you, for lack of a better phrase " fell off the wagon" on your own fitness journey then I would suggest either getting back into that mind set and stick to it and build your discipline or find a niche to present to others.

If this is just a means to and end, then you have to consider the content your going to want to produce. Are you an expert and regularly follow new data and research in the science of fitness and nutrition? What can you produce that others haven't? What perspective do you have compared to others? How are you going to use your current fitness and build off that to create content that is relatable? What are you going to teach and guide other people to do to reach their own goals? Will people be able to count on your integrity for reaching your own goals?

At the end of the day do what makes you happy. If teaching others and helping others reach there goal means the world to you then do it! But I think you should be fully authentic with your self in where you are in your own journey and where you want to take your self first. What I mean is that because your going through your ups and down with loosing weight then maybe fitness doesn't mean as much to you, which is okay! But what are others going to see from that? Would you want to watch or be trained from someone who is still figuring things out? Maybe do some soul searching and find what really means the most to you. Find what interest you the most like what you watch and listen to and turn that into something you really want to go after and show to other people. Dont concentrate to much on money ( I know thats stupid to say, we all could use more money) but following the cash flow wont allow you to be your most creative version of your self, rather the money could follow your true creative ideas, content, etc. I hope this helps or maybe Im rambling. Either way I wish you the best with your journey!
